Bundled Advisory Hours allow companies to retain Thavron for ITFM, TBM, and /or Service Portfolio domain advisory, Software/System implementation and/or troubleshooting, or ITFM/TBM operationalization planning. .
Time might be spent answering questions, leading workshops, or in educational efforts. No formal new documents are produced during this process. Thavron offers the following tiered bundles of advisory hours:
Package 1: 5 hours of ITFM SME -used in 30-minute increments; good for 6 months from time of purchase, with a blanket PO for additional hours, billed in one-hour segments.
Package 2: 10 hours of ITFM SME* -used in 30-minute increments; good for 6 months from time of purchase, with a blanket PO for additional hours billed in one-hour segments.
Package 3: 20 hours of ITFM SME* -used in 30-minute increments; good for 6 months from time of purchase, with a blanket PO for additional hours billed in one-hour segments.
*Some restrictions considering response timing, availability, and other considerations may apply. Hours can be delivered remotely or on-site.
